Arrive 5–10 minutes before class.
Doors lock at start time. Late = locked out, because we're not derailing everyone mid-flow.
Show up late and it's a forfeited session, logged as a No Show.
Check in at the front desk so we know you're here.
Class full? Get on the waitlist — it moves more than you'd think.
Spot opens, you get an email or text. Don't reply? We assume you're in.
You can get pulled in up to 1 hour before class.
The 8-hour rule applies here too — if you can't make it, cancel your waitlist so someone else can.
This isn't your average reformer class. We're built on slower tempos, heavier springs, and time under tension — controlled, deliberate, and yeah, it'll find muscles you forgot you had.
Your instructor cues Amplify, Base, and Modify options, so you push at your level. Every. Single. Class.
Got an injury, condition, recent surgery, or doctor's note? Tell your instructor before class. We'll log it and give you the right options on the day — quietly, no fuss, fully private.
Uncomplicated pregnancy and feeling good to move? You're welcome on the floor. Give your instructor a heads-up before class so they can modify and support you. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first.
sculptme is for every body — full stop. Everyone here gets to feel safe and respected.
Discrimination, harassment, or making anyone feel small? Not here. Act against that and you'll be asked to leave, account closed. We don't do drama.
