Real change happens when the system is bigger than the workout. When the people in the room know your name. When the work, the food, and the proof are stitched together. When showing up isn't measured in classes — it's measured in who you become.
That's not a workout philosophy. It's a studio philosophy. It's why everything we do — from the reformer programming to the nutrition coaching to the way the room is lit — is designed to keep you in it long enough to change.
Women in their 25s through 55s who've been around the fitness block. Tried HIIT. Tried macros. Tried the 75-day-something. Got results, lost them, started over. Bought the next promise. Burned out again.
We built sculptme for what comes after that — for the woman who's done with extremes and ready for a system that actually holds her.
sculptme wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom. Rather it was a dream born out of a combined 30 years inside studios like this one — on two continents. We spent this time running classes, coaching, building relationships with members, and learning exactly what makes a woman feel strong, seen, and genuinely looked after.
We'd also seen what doesn't work: the sterile, the intimidating, the places that try to sell you a body instead of a community.
So, who are we?
Paul and Nicole

Nicole
Drink of choice after a long day? I'm an all or nothing kind of girl - margarita or an iced water
When you're not on the reformer, where do we find you? Working from home, running errands or dropping my son at basketball
Hype song that gets you through the hardest set? APT - rose & Bruno Mars
The one move clients love to hate — and you secretly love giving them? Scooters forevvvvvver
Your most "you" non-pilates obsession? Iced coffee and a sweet treat (icy americano, no milk and a maple glazed donut please and thank you!)
Finish this: "Strength to me means…" Independance & longevity - Being able to live alone, carry your groceries inside in one trip, being able to get up off the floor.
What do you want a nervous first-timer to know before they walk in? Starting something new is always a little nervewracking, we totally undersntad that but we 100% have you - we will support you through every movement and guide you through every class. You are joining a family when you join sculptme and you never have to work things out alone

Drink of choice after a long day? I love a good fountain coke!!
When you're not on the reformer, where do we find you? On the couch watching sport or working on the laptop
Hype song that gets you through the hardest set? I love me a good power ballad or anything from the 80's of course
The one move clients love to hate — and you secretly love giving them? I love a good long ab set - the lower the legs are held, the better
Your most "you" non-pilates obsession? I am an avid follower of sport - much to my own detriment at times as the teams I follow never seem to win much
Finish this: "Strength to me means…" being able to do all the day to day things in life without the pain
What do you want a nervous first-timer to know before they walk in? It won't take you long to realize that no-one is watching you - aoart from your instructor of course.

Jennifer
Drink of choice after a long day? Red wine. I'm Italian, it's basically a food group.
When you're not on the reformer, where do we find you? With my brood of 5 kids, a coffee, and my Chihuahua Texas. Or… still doing Pilates.
Hype song that gets you through the hardest set? Drake or Kanye, full volume. My kids cringe, and I love it :)
The one move clients love to hate — and you secretly love giving them? Lunge, scooter, hold, pulse… repeat. The groan is my love language.
Your most "you" non-pilates obsession? Cheese. French, Italian, all of it.
Finish this: "Strength to me means…" Turning up. Even if you only do half the class, showing up is the win.
What do you want a nervous first-timer to know before they walk in? I once fell clean off a reformer in front of a full class. Whatever you're nervous about, I've done worse and survived.
Todd
Drink of choice after a long day? A good cup of English Breakfast tea
When you're not on the reformer, where do we find you? Watching Rugby League and Love Island
Hype song that gets you through the hardest set? Heavy disco music - I love the beat
The one move clients love to hate — and you secretly love giving them? Legs for days
Your most "you" non-pilates obsession? Golf - I am not very good at it but I am learning
Finish this: "Strength to me means…" Turning up and doing your absolute best - that's all you can ask
What do you want a nervous first-timer to know before they walk in? It is scarier in the carpark than it is inside the studio
