8–12 classes. One Nourish habit at a time — we default to Protein First. Baseline TRANSFORM scan. First Mindset Mini-Series email lands at Day 7. You're not trying to crush it — you're building the floor.
Phase 02
DAYS 31–90
Add intensity, variety, and a form check
12–16 classes a month. Layer Plate the Plant and Fuel the Movement onto your existing habit. 30-day and 60-day re-tests with your coach. Group Nourish workshop in-studio. At Day 90 — the reveal: before / after / what you built.
Phase 03
DAY 90+
Long-term mastery · Optional advanced tracks
16+ classes a month. Maintenance, flexibility, and the asks that only matter once you're past 90 days — cutting, building, hormones, perimenopause. Quarterly scans. Eligibility for advanced certifications and the ambassador track.

Community Rituals
Monthly member socials. Sculpt Saturday long-form classes with brunch after. Birthdays shouted out in studio. You'll know everyone's name by week three.

Mindset Mini-Series
A 4-week voice series from Jennifer — sent at Days 7, 14, 21, 28. "Why showing up matters more than going hard." "Rest is part of the work.

Recovery Built In
Two stretch and release classes on the schedule every week. A short member guide on sleep, stress, and rest-day basics. Recovery isn't a perk — it's how the work compounds.

Milestones Celebrated
30, 60, and 90-day class milestones. Transformation reveals (with your consent). Instructor shoutouts. The wins go on the board.
Is the Sculpt Method extra, or is it included?
The Method is the membership. Classes, nutrition coaching, tracking, workshops, recipes — all in. There's no Method tier vs Classes tier. One price, one path.
What if I just want to take classes?
ou can. We won't stop you. But the members who get the results we put on Instagram are the ones who actually use all three pillars. The coaching is there if you want it — and once you try the intake, most members never go back to "just classes."
Do I have to do the nutrition piece?
No. Nourish is opt-in at every step. Some members go all-in on Day 1, some come back to it at Day 60. We meet you where you are. But we'll always ask once.
What does the tracking actually involve?
Measurements (waist, hips, thigh, arm), front/side/back photos, and a short strength benchmark — push-ups, plank hold, single-leg balance. Day 0, Day 30, Day 60, Day 90, then quarterly. Photos stay private unless you opt them into our social proof library.
What if I miss a phase or fall off?
The phases are a guide, not a punishment. Life happens. You can re-enter Foundation at any time — your coach will adjust. The goal is the system holds you through the dips, not that you never have them.
Can I do the 21 day intro without committing to all of this?
Yes — $99, 21 days, no card on file for membership, no pressure. About a quarter of intros become founding members, about half become standard members, the rest decide it's not for them. All three are fine answers.
