The people in the room · Fort Worth

Meet your instructors.

The reason the second visit feels like home. These are the people who'll know your name, push you through the set you swore you couldn't finish, and be genuinely glad you showed up. Say hi in Fort Worth.

Nika Corwin Nika Corwin, instructor at sculptme Fort Worth

Nika Corwin

Instructor

You'll know Nika by the elevator lunges with bicep curls she'll have you cursing (lovingly), and by the way she walks a first-timer through class like she's known you for years. Off the reformer, she's in her salon suite slaying hair, running on ice cream and an ice-cold Coke.

  • Post-class drink of choice?An ice-cold Coca-Cola.
  • Off the reformer, where do we find you?In my salon suite, slayin' hair.
  • Hype song for the hardest set?"Great Spirit," Armin van Buuren.
  • The move clients love to hate (and you secretly love giving)?Elevator lunges with bicep curls.
  • Most "you" non-Pilates obsession?Ice cream. No notes.
  • Strength to me means…Feeling strong and confident.
For the nervous first-timer The hardest part was showing up. We've got you, and we'll help you every step of the way.
Danisha Sheffey Danisha Sheffey, instructor at sculptme Fort Worth

Danisha Sheffey

Instructor

Danisha is a self-described serial hobbyist who brings that try-everything-once energy straight to the reformer. Catch her off the machine in a gym or posted up on a patio with a red blend and Drake in the background.

  • Post-class drink of choice?A lovely red blend.
  • Off the reformer, where do we find you?In a gym, or on a patio.
  • Hype song for the hardest set?Anything Drake.
  • The move clients love to hate (and you secretly love giving)?Plank knee hover.
  • Most "you" non-Pilates obsession?Serial hobbyist. I want to try everything at least once, and yes, that's officially a personality trait now.
  • Strength to me means…Showing up for yourself and others, in whatever way that looks like.
For the nervous first-timer This is a safe space, and I'm already proud of you for stepping outside your comfort zone. We're in this together.
Adriana Montelongo Adriana Montelongo, instructor at sculptme Fort Worth

Adriana Montelongo

Instructor

When Adriana isn't coaching you through a side-lying leg sweep, she's with family or tucked into a cute coffee shop (coffee is non-negotiable). Expect Rauw Alejandro on the speakers and a frozen marg well-earned at the end of a long day.

  • Post-class drink of choice?A frozen marg.
  • Off the reformer, where do we find you? With family, or at a cute coffee shop.
  • Hype song for the hardest set?"Punto 40," Rauw Alejandro.
  • The move clients love to hate (and you secretly love giving)?Side-lying leg sweep.
  • Most "you" non-Pilates obsession?Coffee.
  • Strength to me means…Showing up even when it's hard, physically, mentally or emotionally, and choosing to keep moving forward anyway.
For the nervous first-timer The hardest part is walking in. Once you're here, I've got you, and you just focus on moving and breathing.
Adrianna Santiago Adrianna Santiago, instructor at sculptme Fort Worth

Adrianna Santiago

Instructor

Adrianna is happiest in a bookstore, mid-thrift, or chasing down the next iced coffee, usually with early-2000s hits in her ears. On the reformer, she's the one who'll introduce you to the Scooter and somehow make you love it.

  • Post-class drink of choice?A nice glass of wine.
  • Off the reformer, where do we find you?In a bookstore or thrifting.
  • Hype song for the hardest set?Anything Y2K / early 2000s.
  • The move clients love to hate (and you secretly love giving)?Scooter.
  • Most "you" non-Pilates obsession?Iced coffee, and finding new coffee shops.
  • Strength to me means…Resilience. Physical power, mental discipline, and the confidence to keep moving forward.
For the nervous first-timer If you're feeling nervous walking into your first class, you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Every strong, confident person in the room was once a beginner too.
Kia Johnson Kia Johnson, instructor at sculptme Fort Worth

Kia Johnson

Instructor

Kia is a proud boy mom to Kash, so when she's not in the studio you'll usually find her cheering him on from the sidelines at one of his games (Go Cowboys!). She's a huge sports fan who loves time with family and friends, and between games she's hiking, traveling, and chasing the next adventure.

She teaches because Pilates blends her love of helping people with her passion for health and wellness, and because she believes fitness should be empowering, fun, and for everyone.

For the nervous first-timer Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, I'm here to support you on the journey to feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident.

The best way to meet them? Show up.
