These policies exist to protect the experience inside the room.
BOOKING CLASSES
If it’s not booked, it’s not guaranteed.
• All classes must be reserved in advance via our app or website.
• Classes are limited to maintain hands-on coaching.
• First come. First served.
Pro tip: If you want it, book it.
CANCELLATIONS
We coach in small groups. When you cancel late, someone else misses out.
Cancellation window: 8 hours before class
If you cancel inside that window:
• Members: $10 late cancel fee
• Class Packs: Session forfeited
• Single Sessions: Non-refundable
We don’t overfill classes. We protect the experience.
NO-SHOWS
Booked it. Didn’t come. Didn’t cancel.
• Members: $15 no-show fee
• Class Packs: Session forfeited
Multiple no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.
Consistency builds strength. So does accountability.
LATE ARRIVALS
We start on time.
• Doors lock at class start.
• Arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean you can’t join.
• Late arrivals are treated as a late cancel.
Warm-up matters. Safety matters. Flow matters.
WAITLIST
Full class? Join the waitlist.
• If a spot opens, you’re automatically added and notified via text & email.
• If added within the cancellation window, standard policies apply.
If you’re on the list — stay ready.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE
Life happens. Structure still matters.
• Minimum freeze: 7 days
• Maximum freeze per year: 30 days
• Freeze fee (if applicable): $10 per application
Freeze requests must be submitted via email to admin@sculptmetx.com prior to your next billing cycle.
We’re flexible. We’re not casual.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
This is a strength space — not a social club.
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
• Grip socks required (can be purchased at the Studio)
• Phones silenced.
• Follow instructor cues.
• Clean your equipment.
Respect the room. Respect the work. Respect each other.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class or termination of membership.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Tell us about injuries, pregnancy, or medical concerns before class.
You are responsible for listening to your body.
We are responsible for coaching you well.
If you’re unwell — stay home. Strong communities look after each other.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
We may adjust:
• Class times
• Instructors
• Programming
• Holiday hours
We’ll communicate changes clearly and professionally.
