Can I switch between memberships?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, change tier — log in to your account, talk to us in studio, or send a note. No fee for switching.
Do unused classes roll over?
Officially no — the monthly memberships are use-it-or-lose-it. In practice, life happens. If you've got a real reason, talk to us and we'll figure it out.
Can I pause or freeze my membership?
Yes. Suspensions are available with 48 hours' notice via email — minimum 7 days, maximum 4 weeks at a time. There's a $10 admin fee per suspension.
What's the cancellation / refund policy?
Under the Texas Health Spa Act, you can cancel within three business days of signup for a full refund (issued within 48 hours). After that, refunds are case-by-case for medical and life events — talk to us. (Full legal disclosure in the membership agreement.)
How does booking work?
14-day rolling booking window through the sculptme app (Mindbody). If a class is full, jump on the waitlist — you'll be notified if a spot opens.
Am I locked into a contract?
Nope. Every membership is month-to-month — sculpt 8, sculpt 12 and sculpt unlimited. Cancel anytime, no commitment, no re-qualifying if you come back. If you'd rather test it before committing to anything at all, that's what the 21 day intro is for.
