1. Before Your First Class
✔ Book your class in advance via our website or app
✔ Arrive 10 minutes early
✔ Wear comfortable activewear
✔ Bring grip socks (required for safety + hygiene)
✔ Bring water
If you’re new to reformer Pilates, don’t stress. We’ll guide you through everything.
2. When You Walk In
You’ll be welcomed by name.
Our instructors are hands-on, attentive, and here to coach — not just count reps.
We will:
• Ask about injuries or concerns
• Show you how your reformer works
• Explain resistance settings
• Walk you through setup
