At sculptme, we welcome beginners, returners, and those brand new to Pilates. Our classes are designed to help you feel supported, confident, and challenged — without intimidation or pressure.

You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced to get started. You just need to show up.

What Is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout performed on a specialised machine called a reformer.
It uses controlled resistance, bodyweight, and intentional movement to build strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and support long-term joint health.

Reformer Pilates is suitable for a wide range of people — including those who:

• Want to get stronger without high-impact training
• Are returning to exercise after time off
• Sit for long hours or feel stiff and tight
• Want to improve posture, balance, and control
• Prefer guided classes over traditional gyms
